Henrico Schools conclude June 14, no camp June 17-21
Week 1: June 24-28 ($150 and includes Gayton’s Vacation Bible School from 9-12, Quest from 12-6 PM)

Week 9: August 26-28 3 day camp week, Monday through Wednesday.

*rising 3rd-6th have the option to participate in overnight Kids Camp Sun-Wed for an additional cost. Total cost for that week (including regular Thursday and Friday at Quest) is $300. For more specific info about Kids Camp through Gayton Baptist Church, click here.
REGISTRATION FOR SPECIFIC WEEKS MUST BE MADE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THAT WEEK OF CAMP.
A one-time non-refundable fee of $40 is required for new enrollments ($30 for children currently enrolled in AGAPE or the SPACE). The same fee applies, regardless of the number of weeks a child attends. There are no other administrative charges throughout the summer.
Weekly Session Rates
Full Week (Monday-Friday)
1-3 weeks: $220/week*
4-5 weeks: $200/week
6 or more weeks: $180/week
Partial Week (any 3 days, must indicate which 3)
1-3 weeks: $156/week
4-5 weeks: $144/week
6 or more weeks: $132/week
Siblings may combine weeks to qualify for the multi-week discount. Full and partial weeks may also be combined for multi-week discount.
*Week 1 is $150 for full week and $106 for partial week, regardless of total number of weeks.
Payment for each week is due no later than two weeks before the first day of camp.
A deposit of one week’s fee is required for each child at the time of registration. The deposit will be applied to a child’s last camp session if account payments are current.
Session Changes or Cancellations
All session cancellations or change requests must be made via email, and must be approved by the Quest office. No campers will be added to a week of camp within 2 weeks of the camp start date. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the camp start date will forfeit the registration fee and deposit. All changes to and additions of camp sessions are subject to available space.
Registration is finalized when you receive enrollment confirmation from the office. Please allow 2 weeks to receive confirmation. Once you have received confirmation of your child’s enrollment in Quest, the registration deposit will be applied to your Quest account. Should your child be placed on a waitlist, we will refund the deposit.
Past Due Account
Quest reserves the right to use the deposit as payment for camp tuition and fees if an account becomes past due. A new deposit will be required before a child may attend Quest for any remaining registered sessions.
